what a crappy way to treat your customers. broken ass game and no support worth a damn. my game hitches like crazy and I have spent hours trying to figure out a fix.

Could you kindly take a look at this thread, and if the problems persist or your issue has not been covered, after the game "hitches", close the game and follow the instructions at Problem X.

absolutely ridiculous to have to dig through old threads and spend hours searching and fixing a game that should function properly. pure sorriness and laziness for this not to have been addressed with an official patch or at least a way to easily find.

I agree, if you look at here you can see there is long time that there is no new patch.
