Any ideas? Does Overture demo have any special requirements that aren't being met?

Penumbra use OpenGL, so make sure u updated drivers for that.

Also note that there are Mac and Linux version of Penumbra.

As I already said in the VMWare page, I have the latest drivers. I downloaded the Windows version because I am using Windows XP as a guest OS.
