I opened the game and the game crashed it says
Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 001B:00000000
I have seen this problem solving in the forum, but I don't understand how to use the hpl (should I delete something or create something?)
Can you help me?

I have try and read the troubleshooting guide. i'm using NVDIA PhysX, Windows 8 Pro as OS, 2 GB RAM, Processor Intel® Core i3 -3.10GHz, 32-bit, DirectX 10 (I think i have fulfill the requirements).
What do you mean by

Attach HPL.log located at Documents\Amnesia\Main as mentioned at the troubleshooting guide, Problem X.

According to the log you have no graphics driver installed. Download and install the latest driver for you graphics card.
