everytime I close amnesia blackbox opens and says GAME CRASHED, pls help

1. Graphic c. : Intel® HD Graphics Family
2. System : Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
3. RAM Memory : 2GB

The game does not support Intel graphics cards. You can try to update to the latest drivers from intel.com using the Have Disk Method as mentioned at the Graphics Card Troubleshooting Guide. Other than that, nothing more can be done.
