Hello all!

My brother WIWWM introduced me to these forums, and I thought I might ask a question since I have no idea how to solve the problem.

I'm making models in blender and importing them into Amnesia. I can get the object in, textured, and everything in the Model Viewer. The problem is is that the object is incorrectly sized; it is an Iphone and should be small, but it comes out like a massive television. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Thank you very much in advance.

In Blender, correctly sized.

Files are all in place.

But it's too large in the model viewer.

I'm not well-versed in Amnesia modeling, but if you have been able to get your model into the editor with no problems other than the size then a good workaround is to tweak the scaling until you are satisfied with how big it turns out.
Yup, import it into model editor and size the mesh as small as you want it to be. I bet it's going to help.
Press Ctrl+A in blender and then apply scale and rotation...
I am experienced with Blender and I know how to fix it. After doing the model and stuff like texture it and testing it, etc., select the mesh in question (in Object Mode) and click Ctrl + A. After that, select Location, Rotation and Scale. After that export it and import it to HPL2.

The model should be correctly sized.

Damn it man you ninja'd. But isn't it Ctrl + A? I think Ctrl + E is YOUR OWN shortcut.
This issue looks identical to one I often encounter where I have to delete the first .msh file that is generated, then generate a new one by opening it again in the Model Viewer.

Thank you guys very much! I didn't realize I had to actually make blender 'apply' the scale rotation and location. Now I can see what was going on; It was making the Iphone at the original scale of 1x1x1, and of course it was scaled down from that size. Now the size it's at IS its new 1x1x1! Thank you much! ^^
No problem man Smile
