What's your favorite horror Monster, Creature or Thing from any game?
Zombies, I don't like living dead. If someone dies, that someone should stay dead!
My favorite is Dogs/Spiders (Especially the Demon Dogs from Penumbra Overture)
It seems like every horror game except FEAR has them (Penumbra, Resident Evil, Doom, etc.)
If done right, it can be done really scary, such as the demon dog appearing in BP, and the umbra dogs.
You pretty much have all of those from Penumbra games, eh?

The Alien and the Predator are the most awesomest creatures of them all.

I like all big monsters. But of course, it depends that do I like them or not...
I cannot really say what is my favourite, though.
