Amnesia - The Dark Descent, scary obviously. First time I was afraid of visual content.
Games have been succesful in feel factor, but not in a level as certain anime I've seen. If games made me cry drops, anime has made me cry a river.

Honestly, I'd rather say COD4 or MW2. MW3 was more bad-ass honestly. When they nuke that city in COD4 and you're on the chopper... Even if you didn't know the characters that well, it was still really sad(As I remember it atleast) because you knew they had literally no way of escaping. And obviously in MW2, the estate mission + the start of the scrapyard mission:
