According to the 2012 Ferguson Police Census (which I cannot find a source for) 1 in 3 white people accused of crimes were found guilty whereas 1 in 5 black people were. Black people commited less than half of the crimes in this town
Hey guys, here is a more accurate info from a guy that lives in Ferguson.
@Robosprog can you provide a source for the molotov cocktails thing?
I was watching this live yesterday, what I saw was, protesters (mostly black) but also other races coming together peacefully to protest against Mike Brown's death. As this was happening media reporters were being told to stop reporting.

RIOT/SWAT police were brought in, and eventually made there way to the protesters where they began to attack the people.

Watch it happen here http://new.livestream.com/accounts/90354...ts/3271930

To see what I described, go down to the bottom and watch the first video you see at the bottom in Night Vision. Skip to 8 minutes in to see shit go down.

To give you some more insight on what these SWAT Police look like, here is a comparison between what you see in Iraq and what was used in Missouri

Bare in mind that this is all funded by American taxes.
MRW I came into this thread:

I'm kind of feeling with i3670 on this one... It's all just songs on repeat nowadays. I bet that Brown guy was a pretty cool dude. (no demeaning pun intended)
Regardless of race, protesters have been unjustly attacked by the government before.

Best example I can refer to is the protests around the Vietnam war. Peaceful protesters were attacked and killed, some including disabled Vietnam War Veterans.

While race is a factor of what has happened here, I can't fucking stand that the American government hasn't learnt how to handle a situation like this after Ohio.

They're pretty clearly lighting a molotov cocktail here.

Oh, alright. I thought you may have been referring to this

Just released that none of the looters were Ferguson residents or protesters just people using the attacks as an excuse to loot

Not exactly. The article says that the "arrested" looters were not from Ferguson, not that ALL of the looters were not from Ferguson.

Also the article seems to use the words "most", and "many" which means that some Ferguson people are among the arrested as well.

Also, on more of a side note I think that looting shouldn't be classified under the protests. Protests are a movement made by the people to get what you want. Looting is just people taking advantage of a situation, and stealing for themselves...with none of the community's interests in mind.
