I have a 32-bit Windows Vista (desktop computer) and was able to run the game fine before. I have removed all Custom Stories and reinstalled via the GameStop App, but to no avail. I have already attached the hpl.log file. I have no idea how to fix this and REALLY want to play Amnesia! Please help me!

Thanks! Problem A3 helped me fix it! I have now gotten farther than I ever had before.
