I cant load Justine because it says FATAL ERROR: Could not load vertex buffer from mesh 'core_box.dae'

I didnt Buy it I downloaded it for free I got the updater from Frictional. Its the Address that i put in a while ago

I just need help The file i got from frictional wont work it has its own justine launcher and its not loading because of FATAL ERROR: Could not load vertex buffer from mesh 'core_box.dae'

Alright so you're claiming you got the game ''For Free'' what exactly do you mean by that? Because usually that would indicate piracy.
