As soon as I click launch, the game crashes.

I my graphics driver is completely up to date.

All settings for the game have been turned to the very minimum setting.

Running as administrator does not work

I didn't see the attachment for the hpl.log, so I attached it to this comment just in case I forgot it.

You should read the troubleshooting guide. Do whatever it says and see if that helps. If not, post your hpl.log file here. It's located in Documents\Amnesia\Main. I'm sure someone will also ask you where you got the game from, so you might as well provide that too.

I already went through both guides. I have the hpl.log file attached.

I downloaded it from frictionalgames.
