I'm having a problem when starting a new game, it says: FATAL ERROR: Could not load world file 'maps / main / config'
'i've Tried everything right here and nothing has solved my problem

I just tried a file integrity check and delete my amnesia/pig paste in documents
Please, help me!
Could you provide the log file from Documents\Amnesia\Pig called hpl.log?

Check Problem I and then Problem A3 of the Troubleshooting Guide.

If the file verification is saying everything is ok and the game still crashes after deleting the .cfg files, try renaming the folder C:\Users\-Your-User-Name-\AppData\Local\VirtualStore to VirtualStore_TEST.

I tried everything and still giving the same error, Amnesia is full of crashes, I can load old saves, however I want to start a new game.
Is the game from Steam? According to the log, the game cannot find essential files. You must have caused file or settings corruption somehow. Did the game use to work fine? A Steam file integrity check should have fixed that, are you sure you have run it?

Yes it is on steam, in the properties I have gone into local files and run the integrity of files several times, also already reinstalled the game 2 times, and continues giving crash. Thanks for the reply.
This is strange. Did the game use to work properly? If you go to game folder and then maps/main/, can you see the file config.hps?

Out of Planet

I can't see this file, does't exist.
Can you check if you have entered a parameter at the game from inside steam?
