I keep getting blackbox crash when i try to enter the launcher every time.
My graphic card supports the game and it is updated.
The game is updated too,I downloaded it from Frictional Games

I have updated my drivers already :/
Maybe it's not working because my windows is 8.1?

You have no graphics card drivers installed. The ones that come preinstalled with Windows do not include OpenGL, only Direct3D. This game requires OpenGL. You need to manually download and install the latest drivers for your graphics card from the manufacturer (Nvidia, AMD or Intel).
