Hi,
I bought this game off Desura a long time ago, recently posted about trying to get it to run on my Mac, (seems the issue was fixed, though I was never told about it, not very nice). I noticed that the files are now available on Desura as a DMG which is great and the install went perfectly, but now it's telling me I need a serial to run the game.
Desura never gave me a serial. Where do I find / can I get a serial for this game?

Does it say what version the game is? The serial key system has been removed for some time now (since version 1.2.1).
My version is 1.1. I'd be happy to try upgrading, is there somewhere I can get the update for Mac? (also, I just downloaded the .dmg from Desura today, so it's apparently out of date there).
Oh sorry, my bad. We are talking about Penumbra, not Amnesia. The latest Penumbra Collection version is 1.1 and it does require a serial number under normal circumstances as far as I know.

We need to update the game to have the desura version use the correct none serial needed version. They got this originally but then for some reason added a zip file with Windows files instead of the mac dmg.
Temporary you should be able to use this to start the game.
