Hey everyone.

Did some retexturing of the mansionbase blue window to get it a little more suited towards the wall I actually have going for the room, and in turn, probably did something wrong.

The window shows the mansionbase.mat through the window, which is something... odd of course. Anybody encountered this problem and/or have a solution?

I don't mind uploading things if you need it. Smile

On a seperate note, is there a way of making light have a minimal effect in term of color change on a plane? I have a black/grey carpet which I would like to refrain from becoming too orange based on the atmosphere.

Cheers to any who help! Big Grin

Misunderstood the above.
The glass in the window might be a separate material (ie. translucent glass) and in your case the model looks for the .mat file for this glass - but can't find it and sets up something of its own.

As for the carpet; try setting the "specular map" to something very dark.
The window glass is probably joined together with the wall itself. They don't by the way.
Yes, I'm certain the glass uses its own material, because you can't combine translucency and opacity in the same material properly. When you made your own version, you probably missed that glass material.
