So my friend is making couple of forest maps and he needs some names for them cause we couldn't think of some!

It has something to do with a forest, thnx.. help is highly appreciated bitchas Tongue
Try to attach some theme to it, what is special about the map.
It can be horror related or otherwise dangerous. Or it has a backstory to it, which the name comes from.
If the maps do not have anything deep, why Forest01 and Forest02 doesn't work? Why is it so important to name a map?
"The Forest".
"The Wood's secrets", "Leaves and wind", "Wooden Terror", "The Forest" (as IIPEE said)...
When you say "name", do you mean what the player will see or the filename? Filenames don't greatly matter in naming as the player doesn't see those. The player however will see the in game lang specified names.

Despite being generic, depending on your forest, you could associate them by north, south, east and west.

You could also make use of tree related terms, such as pine, ring, green, gum... and associate it with a path. Path of the Pine. I would suggest Pinewood, but would that mayy be GTA (unless it is Vinewood).

Or of course. "The Forest".
"DM_Forest_01.udk"

Doesn't really matter as long as you have a naming convention and stick with it.

If you mean in-game name of the forest, you really will have to get into world building for that, and we'd need a lot more info than what you've given.(Type of game, plot, etc)
