Anybody else having Razer products? Headset, mice, keyboard, etc..
I have had my first Razer mouse, which was Mamba 2012. Now I'm having DeathAdder 2013 with BlackWidow Tournament Edition.

Funny thing is that both Mamba and BlackWidow are faulty units. Mamba never worked properly as wireless and BlackWidow is faulty as well. Writing is a pain since E and O both are either writing too many letters or none at all. Also, in games where you must hold down E (which is activation key for me, such as opening doors), it works whenever it wants and how it wants. Holding down to activate is a pain, it can take multiple tries to even get it activated and then when it does, keeping it activated is also in many cases random.

Am I just unlucky customer with these products or is there someone else having problems with Razer products?
Never had these problems, I have black widow chroma and ourobouros mouse.
No, you aren't: I have Razer lycasa keyboard model 2012, and it completely stops responding now and then, so I have to replug in order to get it functional again.
Oooh boy...

August 2014 I bought Razer Krakens 7.1 from Amazon and by December 2014 they were completely non-functioning.

I had 2 years warranty which is really good though. Took me about 2 weeks to get a clear answer from Razer Customer Support that I would have to contact Amazon and not them for a replacement.

Amazon replied merely hours after I messaged them, and sent me a new pair within the next 24 hours. Really good service there.

Not really sure i'll be buying anything from Razer again.
I got the Razer Kraken 7.1 Headset for Christmas and it's been working pretty fine so far.

The only thing with it was that I had to change some settings to make it sound right, but other then that it works and sounds pretty good.

Also, setting up the microphone for recording was a bitch, but I finally set it right.

They're a great headset but I found that over time the quality degraded. This was noticable because when new i can have the volume on 10-20% and that will be perfect for volume however after a few months the quality had degraded so much that I had to put it up to 50-60% just to achieve the same volume.
I'll soon get 3 razer products. The first is the razer kraken 7.1, and the other 2 is if i get enough money to buy it.
Tell us then how many of them are malfunctioning.
I have the black Razer Kraken Pro and I use it as a headset. No problems since June 2013, so that's 1.5 year so far. If the volume is low, maybe you guys need to buy a sound card with a better AMP. If you believe they are defective/degraded use the warranty, that's why it exists. Wink
And in addition to keyboard I've Razer Tiamat 7.1 headset. No problems during its one year use.
