I have this problem with one of the entities i'm using.
I copied this entity from someone's Custom Story so it SHOULD work...

In the level editor it looks fine:





But in-game it looks like this:





These are the files in the entity folder:

Delete the .msh file, then open it in the ModelViewer. Try again after that.
