Frictional Games Forum (read-only)

So, I recently installed Amnesia: The Dark Descent but everytime I want to open it, a window of Blackbox appears with this message: Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module UNKNOWN at 001B:000000000

I do not know what to do, I reinstalled the game but it appears again. Somebody pleease help me [/u]

Please check troubleshooting guides for common problems and solutions. If you can't figure it out do what it says under problem x.
