How exactly?
Er, Maya and Blender is two different Modeling, Rigging and Animation programs. FBX is a file format for specifically Maya (I believe).

For it to work in Amnesia, it needs to be converted to .DAE. This doesn't normally exist in Maya so it needs a plugin named OpenCollada.

OpenCollada should be available for download on here.

Also, what Modeling program do you actually use?

I used to 3D Max or Maya.I need to export the model, it is in FBX format.Tell me, how to do it correctly (in Maya for example), without errors?
Firstly install the OpenCollada plugin to Maya.

Mudbill should also have some guide on how to import it if I'm not mistaken. Search for Mudbill on Youtube and there should be a video about it.
Well, since the 1.3 update to Amnesia, you can now use FBX files instead of DAE files. I haven't tried doing it myself though, so I can't really say how. Have you tried default settings? If anything, try doing something similar to the DAE files. Specifically disable cameras and lights and make sure to triangulate the model.
