Wat is app dudes and dudettes?

I was wondering if anyone know about any songs that sound like they were played from a phonograph(or any other blablagraph) and which are also free to use? It needs to fit the time period for my mod which is mid 1800's to late 1800's. And yes I have googled xD

You can always pick your favorite tune from incompotech a free website with free soundtracks, and another way of making it sound like from a phonograph is Audiocity, it has lots of different effects that might make it sound like it's coming from a phonograph

I would use this Plug-in for audacity. This gives you a more accurate result of a sound playing on a phonograph the just messing around in the aduacity's default settings.

Or you can play with low and high pass filtering in audacity ^^

I downloaded a song from incompetech.com and used the iZotope plugin on it in fruity loops. The result is great!
