I want to make the hand model invisible for a FC mod I am doing. I have the right folders (judging from this screenshot) but the hand model remains black. I used Photoshop CC and made all the available textures (nrm, spec and dss) have BLACK alphas.



Any ideas? Also the lamp is not supposed to be there. The lamp is OK. I just want the light on the screen.
