Since there are a few users who are having trouble with downloading the patch found here ( https://fricpub.s3.amazonaws.com/updates...update.exe ) then maybe it would help is you zipped the file for us. (We're getting an Access Denied error, and I've tried disabling plugins, and don't have another computer to use.) I'm thinking that if this is a firewall issue, it's because it's having issue with the file being an executable.
However, this might also not make sense, since I tried one of the other download links as well (that doesn't end in .exe), and it doesn't work either. Maybe it's the Amazon host that's having issues, in which case you could provide a download mirror. (I have been the victim of a hacking attack a few years ago, where my IP was blacklisted on a number of sites, and it could be the Amazon is among the ones who I'm still blacklisted at.)
