Full Version: Inventory.hps does not react to certain maps

So I've applied combine scripts to certain maps to make some pretty sweet puzzles working. Now, my issue is that it works in some maps, but in others it doesn't. It's a very annoying bug to experience and I would love to know what I can do to fix this. I can come up with solutions otherwise, but it would be annoying having to encounter this bug every time I try to combine something.

My maps are setup as chapters, so some maps are in a folder called Ch01 and others in Ch04 and etc. There's one map that uses combine in Ch01 and that one has always worked. I have a few others in other chapters and they do not work.

Are you sure the Inventory.hps works for all the Chapters, it could be possible that it is p/Chapter....

I guess I should mention too that if I set the start chapter for example Ch04, then the combines on those maps work instead. The start chapter's inventory combines are the only ones working while trying out the whole custom story/mod.

Does anyone else have any suggestion on what I can do?
Why do you have them in chapters? Is it really necessary? Because if that's what causes the problem, I'd rather not use chapters.
There's literally over 80 maps in my mod and keeping them all in one folder I'm guessing is gonna be messy as all hell. Sure I can do that, but there's literally no other solution I can do to fix it?

Plus, about 30 exported objects.

Luckily I did Tongue. Well, the whole maps folder is gonna be one giant mess with all the other files, but I guess that's something I'm going to have to accept.
If it's the only solution, yes.
