I get that error when i try to install or run Paintdotnet it says "Windows 7 SP1 or newer (including Windows 8, 8.1, and 8.1 Update 1)" I guess i can't have paintdotnet :S
Are you saying you're using Windows 7 without SP1? Have you ever ran Windows Update?
I don't know what is SP1 damn it, any help

Service Pack 1. It's a certain big update to Windows 7. If you've ever updated the OS, you should have it.
