Hello Frictional Games Forum

Spoiler below!

Paint.net is free software...
Try downloading it from here:

It can be done fairly easily, but why is the background white? If I select all areas of white, then I'll put transparency within a ton of stuff.

Some of your stuff also have 'pixel' fading opacity. Those are a bitch to make transparent.
What was this made in? Surely the option to make the white background transparent exists?

Gimp and Paint.NET are softwares that you can use for free.
As explained by Romulator, the dropshadows and semi-transparent areas will make cleaning this up ALOT of work.
Fuck it... (Sorry for swear) never mind i give up from this.
Where did you get the file though? Whatever originally made this file should be able to make a transparent version. If this was made as a tileset for a game, it would be stupid not to do such a thing. Poke around the site you found it. Maybe you'll locate one.

It was on youtube and it was transparent but i edited one of my icons with Microsoft Paint (yes i edited icon from another image with transparent tool copied it and replaced with original) but problem is that it won't be transparent because i don't have photoshop (i can't buy it) and pain.net (need windows 7 SP1 or newer).
I am soooo stuck with that :( I really want that icon :'(
Yeah, MS Paint does not do transparency. Never use MS Paint.
GIMP should be able to do it, if only you learn how to use it.
GIMP will work even on Windows 2000.
