I'm very impressed with what i've seen so far in regards to SOMA. Though its not quite "next-gen" by graphics, the story and the horror piece will undoubtedly create a new chapter in the world of Horror.
One of the actors in Depth is talking about it in terms which seem to indicate that it's bigger/more intense than the previous teasers, at least for his character:

Huh, SOMA is going to take place in 2033? Somehow I figured it was gonna be a bit farther, still, pretty interesting.

I'm somewhat doubtful it'll be a full feature length film, but I'm sure it'll be longer than those two shorts.
19 years in the future is completely unrealistic. A setting like SOMA could take place 1019 years in the future.
