A guide to the puzzle follows.

Spoiler below!
Step 1: Go to the pathos-2 console.
Step 2: Type "login ireed yuLRzzz".
Step 3: Type "cd .." (goes to the root directory, if necessary).
Step 4: Type "cd pk1".
Step 5: Type "run pd".

Now you'll get something that looks like this.

The goal is to connect the pipe on the left with the pipe on the right, by placing tiles. (Like in this image.)

There are seven tile types: L (a bottom-left corner tile), F (a top-left corner tile), J (a bottom-right corner tile), 7 (a top-right corner tile), X (a plus-sign tile, used as a "wildcard"), - (a horizontal line), and I (a vertical line). Note that the keyboard symbols resemble the pieces.

Possible commands:
"a [x-coordinate] [y-coordinate] [TILE TYPE]" adds a tile, e.g. "a 1 1 X" adds a plus-sign tile to the top-left corner of the map. You could also use "p 1 1 X" (p stands for place).
"r [x-coordinate] [y-coordinate]" removes a tile, e.g. "r 1 1" removes the tile at the top-left corner of the map. You could also use "t 1 1" (t stands for take).
"i" displays your inventory of tiles. For example, if you get the following message: "L: 2 / F: 1 / J: 1 / 7: 3 / X: 0 / -: 1 / I: 1", then you have two L-tiles, 1 F-tile, 1 J-tile, three 7-tiles, no X-tiles, one horizontal tile, and one vertical tile.
"c" clears the board.

Finally, remember that you must place the pieces in order, from left to right.

Darn, looks like we'll need 800 people for this one.

Jesus Christ FG, I know SOMA has some Greek influence, but do you really need to treat us like Sisyphus? Didn't we just go through the same interminable percentage-chasing, RSI-inducing slog not 2 days ago?

You look at reed.vid on Youtube in 1080p, then you go to approximately 0:02, then have fun moving through the video frame by frame until you notice this string in the upper right corner.

Just completed the "task"

Wow, nice catch. I thought for sure you were a Frictional employee.

Hang on, 8.34 percent? I thought it went up by increments of 0.125 percent. Looks like it'll take even longer than I thought.

You can find the fourth image by looking at the URLs of the others. They are all permutations of the same strings and characters.
Here's the fourth one: http://cdn.thedarkswarm.com/UyADalwl/adn...tyr123.jpg

Please tell me I'm not the only one who can see the humanoid figure in front of the monitor in the top left partition?

Edit: not the monitor which is on (has red text) but a bit to the left of that.
