I think Frictional needs to do something completely different this time around. Don't get me wrong, the Penumbra series is great, and Amnesia(in my opinion) improved on what we all liked about Penumbra. The problem is, if Frictional makes another game of the same kind, chances are high that they might be looked at as a one trick pony, and that wouldn't be good for them.
One thing I'd like to see in a new Frictional game is NPCs that you can interact with. How about some sort of adventure or RPG?
