Tried using cipher on maelstrom and Moskstraumen, replacing unknowns with '_' cause why not. maelstrom is too short though, Moskstraumen is the right length
The columns may be _ in the ID, in case solving the rebus really gives us that.
Are talking about the substitution cipher?
If so, moskstaumen gives us:
plhbhq_cypus

Is two soma youtube video URLs. First one is the game trailer, second is the upsilon video. We are very close guys.
So, here's what I have so far:
The visible letters in the pictures, 7 for the number of zeros, and then 41 for the row of zeroes at the bottom. That's only 10 letters though and we need 11 for the YouTube link.
S I 0/O 7 W X 7 J 4 1
OK, this section that was tweeted "IGN /lo/up/" -> [""]? basically means "anything with IGN (LOwercase and UPercase) will be removed.
I believe all of the 'lo' in the images stand for LOWERCASE.
Meaning the corresponding letter for the picture is a lowercase letter, which is how we tell how to type it in the youtube link

Right, didn't work. Maybe the tweet has a clue. Wouldn't be first time they showed us how to solve a code, could these two be related or equal?
?v= tube/#/ is still secure.

My current theory.
The rebus will not give us the url.
Rather, it will tells us how we can acquire the url, most likely by modifying a string already known to us.
Personally, I think it has something to do with 2SG2ewS3J1c, considering that the clues earlier gave us this string, but it doesn't have to be.

Look what happens when I comabine "R3BU5" and "2SG2ewS3J1c"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3bU52SG2ew
The video is unavilabe.
"is still secure."
Every video youtube links has 11 letters.
For example - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIMLoLxmTDw
XIMLoLxmTDw = 11 letters.
r3bU52SG2ew = 11 letters.
therefore, this is the full part of the youtube link.
You can literally spew any string like that and it gives the same result. How did that solve anything?
