I actually really liked the video. It doesn't tell us much about the actual game though, like how it'll play. There's 7 more of these live action videos I'm expecting though. Then we might get a game trailer or something.
I got the same idea as some other people that the machine sort of absorbed the room, including the woman. It's puzzling though, why she only freaks out when she wakes up on the screen. I suppose we'll just have to wait for more
waiting for next monday!

The text was already deciphered about 10 pages back, nice work tho.
I feel like the protagonist of the game is going to be a woman.
With its current rate the new progress bar will complete on next Monday 12:00 PM GMT. Assuming there will be 7 other cases published during that timeframe (which is more likely than what Sampyli suggested imho), we should get the next one around 8:30 AM GMT on Oct 2nd.

I guess we will see alot of mindfucks
That's actually really interesting.

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed. That video was...mediocre. Sorry FG
This is the first time they've done something like this (live action), and it's only the first reveal, why are people so quick to judge already?
Because I'm entitled to an opinion. And come on. A first reveal that has 5 minutes of someone fiddling with a machine?
Well, he has a point, it was a bit mediocre. Reason behind that is simple: it seems like when preparing the PR campaign/ARG, FG decided to aim core fanbase rather to the wide userbase (all people who could/would be interested to purchase the game). See, the first type of people are these who more or less understand FG and what they are up to, they easily figured out that first reveal and this action trailer was just a beginning, a build-up. FG slowly but carefully building and orchestrating proper setting and atmosphere, because with such set up, the culmination will have more impact. Most of the fanbase understands that. But for casual gamer/someone from outside it of course does not work so good unless he really pays attention and follow it very closely.
Of course they could go for something cheap yet effective and classic like F.E.A.R trailer, that would appear to wider audience and would provide more hype and attention amongst them. But the fanbase would be disappointed, most likely. And besides, you can't pull that trick twice, it will be boring and dull unless you add more new content which could spoiler the game in other hand.
That's just how I understand it.
Samuel are you in on this or do you know as much as us?
This looks really cool though, especially the quotes. It's a really interesting concept for a horror game.
Am I the only one who laughed when she rolled that thing across the table? It reminded me of that one scene in MIB with the chairs.
