Got blackbox everytime i get to some parts at custom stories,
The reason blackbox says

Custom stories aren't covered here. If you crash because of one, contact the author.
Only if you crash due to the main game can we help here.
always crash, cant even start the game
Then you might've messed up your Amnesia installation when you installed the custom story. I can only suggest you re-install the game.

2. I Tried, (+ i can't see how i messed up,only thing i remember i did is that i re-installed the game,the game works fine, the version 1.3,but only it keep crashes
And i tried to do that again,and when i re-install the game and i launch it,it says that i miss SDL.DLL,So i took the DLL from the other version of the game ( i mean that i have the 1.3 version and 1.0 on different folders),so i merged them together and the 1.3 version works fine,then i play and everything is good,and then at some part of the map it crashes
But if you crash at a point during a custom story, you must contact the author of that custom story. We can't fix their issues.
Now, seeing as you've modified your game, that might be the reason. Even if it helped you run it, the older version might be missing something the newer game requires. I'm sure there are other threads around here on how to fix this SDL.dll issue.
It happenes in a lot of custom stories, i played so many of them that they are showing me the same message
But only in custom stories? Take these errors to the CS authors. Not us.

Does the crash only happen in custom stories and not the main game? If it ONLY happens in custom stories and NEVER happens in the main game, then the problem is likely a result of the problem of the custom story, and you should go to the author for help.
some entities could be the problem, i've tried to add the path and it crashes only in custom stories, I figured out with the game reinstallation and the folder that it should be deleted by the installer was the problem, try to run the installer if there is again any folder in redist delete the Amnesia path, without data if the problem still be in the game i can't tell
