I bought amnesia and i launched it but it crashes.

amnesia.ex cause an EXCCPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKOWN> at 001B:00000000

Please check troubleshooting guides for common causes and if nothing helps post the log as it instructs.
