Will there be commentary and if not will you be able to make a commentary object in-game?

2) Afraid, cannot answer that either. But can confirm that game doesn't have any major branching. Just more local changes, although some choices are effects later on.

1) There will be Save and Exit and then I wanna be vague about the other stuf.
2) A simplified one. It is not like in Amnesia. SOMA lack resources and inventory management, but make up for it in other ways (like more things in the environment that fill similar purposes).
I see that many of the doors are the mechanical/sliding type. Will it be possible to lock these doors, and if so, what should we look for in order to do so?

1. Depending on the success of SOMA on console, have you given thought to making and releasing a Remaster of Amnesia: The Dark Descent and A Machine for Pigs?

2. Do you already have plans for your next game? If so, how much will your plans hinge on the commercial success of SOMA?

3. Would you consider "outsourcing" development of any future ideas to other studios to help move content-creation along faster (particularly for ports and such)?

4. What is it you hope to hear most from the players and what kind of experiences are you excited for them to be talking about?

1) Perhaps Smile Depends on how well the game sells.
2) The EMP was in the design for an old map. It is no longer used.
3) Yes.
Does player have any stats at all, or is he just a walking camera?

About SOMA
  1. In April 2014, it was stated by previewers that SOMA has no inventory. In the videos from E3 2015, the on-screen hints remind players how to access their inventory. Can you elaborate on what form the inventory actually takes in the game?
  2. Is there any cast list we can see showing the actors who voiced the game?
  3. You mentioned that EMPs were once in the game, does this mean that the enemy characters still have death sounds/animations that can be used by modders?

  1. Will the film be released along with the game on the 22nd?
  2. If so, do you recommend watching the film before playing the game?
  3. Will there be a theatrical showing of the film, as suggested by the technical specifications on IMDb?
  4. Any plans for DVD/Blu-ray releases of the films?

1.1) It works pretty much like in walking dead. You draw an item when you are near a place where it makes sense to use it. Can press a button to see what you currently have.

What was the reasoning for adding achievements to the game?
Thomas, did you at any point consider the idea of having a female protagonist in SOMA? If you did, what made you decide for a male protagonist?
