Hi. I bought my game in the steam sale. and when i try to play all three games they all crash

Overture crashes in the begining when i leave the ship.
Black plauge crashes in the begining when i collected all my things and went throug the ventelation shaft.
And Reqium crashes just in the begining when the maincharacter wake up.

Why? Please help.

I have Windows 10 and all the latest drivers yet it still crashes. but only in the begining of all the games.

Please check troubleshooting guide and post hpl.log

and where can i find that file?

okey. i have read the post but heres is 2 new problems
Problem number one, I cant find the Penumbra folders on my documents folder.
And problem number two. Where can I find this file? (HPL.log)

If you can't find the penumbra folder in my documents, try searching for it using windows search. You'll find the hpl log in the folder.
