It's self explanatory.
Basically I've seen some hints of pretty blatant spoiler threads already starting to appear, thanks to the leaks. And you can bet this is only going to get worse with the trolls likely to make threads with topic titles that overtly spoil key parts of the game.
You can bet this is only going to get much much worse tomorrow once the reviews/streams embargo is lifted and then of course when the game is out.
I suppose the most surefire way to save yourself is to avoid internet access until you've played the game

In 4 hours I'm going on information blackout until i finish the game. i keep holding out in the hopes to hear something about Depth, but I've determined that since it appears at a cursory glance to be a Prequel it probably wont get released for a while to avoid spoiling Soma's main storyline.
I only hang around there to try and keep people from being misinformed about some of the random crap that is going around. I realise that there WERE some leaks, but half the stuff that is being said has been directly refuted by the developers.

somebody livestreamed the game to hitbox.tv and some other obscure streaming website. youtube video of the ending of soma was also uploaded to youtube.
