I've heard there's a section where Simon sees himself in a mirror, I seem to have somehow missed that part of Soma, could anyone post a screenshot or point me in the right direction?

It's in Theta, the first sublevel.

If I recall, it is at Site Theta in the bathroom. That's the place I saw it, but there may be others. Depending on how far into the game you are, you may be able to go back to that part by reloading a save from the "Load Game" section of the menu.

There are at least two opportunities to see yourself in a mirror.

I missed this the first time through. I think it was much more dramatic to find out what you are when you create Simon-3.
