As you can see, one of the editors objects uses the aperture science logo from Portal 1 / 2.
No, I haven't edited anything on SOMA's gamefiles. I just opened the apartment level, saw that logo. It looked familiar to me so I checked on google and found the exact logo used ingame.

Heh, any clues on why that is there? Mayby, a secret plot we dont know about?

This is just camera aperture logo, nothing else. No secret plot and super secret codes are in there.

The only plausible link I have between the two, is that Amnesia: Justine had been affiliated with Steam's The Potato Sack ARG, which in turn was about Portal 2. However, it's most likely coincidental.
