As Frictional Games are rather dark and frightening, which game that you know of in first person is peaceful and not frightening?

Garry's Mod (for the most part)
I wouldn't say Portal is exactly peaceful. I mean, it's not a horror game or anything, but...

But yeah, if you're just in for a peaceful experience, I guess that's exactly what they're made for.

But it is a walking sim :^)
The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, although punctuated by some unsettling instances, is a crackin good piece of peaceful. It's one that actually realizes walking is fun, something Dear Esther didn't and since that's the go-to for the genre "walking sim" is some kind of pejorative
