Hello,
I'm currently in the research room (Black Plague, next to the girls office) where when you enter the door closes behind you and an infected storms in. But there somehow is no box I can pull up in the middle of the room(as I saw in a video walkthrough). There's only a blue box lying around which I used to jump on a higher box so the infected won't catch me, but there is no other box and there is not even a chain hanging down(and nothing happens when i turn the valve either).
nevermind, it was a bug and I resolved it by reloaded an older savegame(where I was not yet in the room)
