Hi,

I bought some years ago Amnesia TDD through the Mac App Store, and I was trying to find out how I could transfer the game to my Steam account, as I no longer have a OS X where I can play it and I would like to play it on my Windows Desktop. Is there any way to extract the key of the Mac App Store game in order to add it to Steam?

I might be wrong, but I don't believe this is possible. I think the best you can do is request a refund from the App Store and then re-purchase it on Steam. That might work. But the same purchase will not work like that.
