Well i'm in a situation right now...
I can't download hpl2?!
if I click on it on the site it says " Forbidden "
so does someone have a download for the 1.3 Hpl2 tools?!
I really need it because I just started working on the game I left for 3 months now...

Hmm, yeah it looks like the download is broken. Someone should alert the staff.

I thought the files that were linked were missing, not that the links were wrong. Wonder if that user that changed them was trolling then. It seems he only changed the links and nothing else.

Not too sure honestly. If you edit them via the non-dokuwiki editor, you break the links even further (hence my 3 times or so trying to fix it), but nah, just seems the links were edited. Unsure why or what was to be accomplished (could have just changed them to go to somewhere like http://www.penumbrablackplague.com/ )
