I bought SOMA not to long ago and have been now recently trying to play it more but I am so lost and stuck in a part that I have no idea where to go or how to pass it without dying multiple times and possibly destroying my computer in process..

Well, the first thing you could do is tell us where you're stuck at and what is puzzling you?
