The Steam version of Amnesia does not included the commentary, or the bonus file super_secret.rar, which was included with the Frictional version and was intended to be released with the Steam version.

Here's a download link for the commentary:

And here's super_secret.rar, another file that should have been included in the Steam release:

Commentary.rar should be extracted to the root of the Amnesia folder in Steam (C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\common\amnesia the dark descent\) and super_secret.rar should just be placed, unextracted, in the same place.

Let me know if there's any problem with them.

Steam should download the files automatically, Jens has also said that the files should arrive asap, something about valve screwing up.

The update with the files is already on steam

Grr... I can't continue the game now.
I closed the game because I got stuck and now it won't let me continue before the update is finished.
