Okay I give up.
I'm currently in the Back Hall, trying to get the Elevator working. Got 2 Rods, Number 3 should be in the "Inner Study" (that's behind the rubble in the Study I guess). Storage, Machine Room, Study and Guest Room. I visited each at least 3 times during the last 2 hours but I still miss something. Might be behind the locked door in the Storage. But no idea how to open it.

Go to the study and go forth, you'll see a window crack.Then find something, break it and move along the outside of the windows till you get to the last one.

D'oh!. Thanks. I never expected to be able to go outside.
