So I bought Amnesia, Dark Descent yesterday and started playing. It was kind of creepy at first, but then I figured I had to solve a puzzle to proceed. In the second chamber I've been busy for two hours stacking boxes only to discover that I wasn't on the right track at all. Here's what I found out:

If you spend two hours building a stack with these wobbly wooden boxes lying around, you're really getting your doubts about being right about it being a puzzle. But I just didn't wanna spoil the fun by looking it up in a walkthrough. (sorry, for the dark picture. The game is dark.)

Going up... This guy's gotta have small feet to step on such small platforms (also, they're invisible)!

Since I ended up in this "glitch" anyway, I started walking around on the invisible floor. These are the wooden shelves above the ceiling in the chamber with the water falling down. The shot is red because I fell a couple of times.
Lesson to be learned from this story: never spend more than two hours on a puzzle in Amnesia. Or do so and you may find something unique!
Still finishing it btw, awesome game!
