Penumbra: Overture is the full retail release of the Penumbra tech demo, slated for a 30th of March 2007 release. Penumbra: Overture will be available in stores for €19,99 as well as online for about the same price.

So there will be sequels or expansion packs that reveal the next episode(Similiar to HL2 EP2)

Yeah I would like it if Penumbra will have expansion packs

yes the game will be available through digital distribution as well, exactly how/where/when isn't decided yet.

And PLEASE don't make this into the Land Before Time  series.....(They have like 37 different movies of that now, maybe less though...)

OK The site now works but will there be expansion packs/sequels for Penumbra?(I prefer expansion packs tough)

The penumbra tech demo will not have any sequels or expansion packs if that is what you are asking.

Penumbra: Overture will be released in 3 episodes, each as a standalone game. A mini tv-series would be a good analogy.

€19.99 is in euro and that would be about $25.

We have a teaser in the works, no date on release yet.

Today we also put the new penumbra-overture site live, for you here there is not much new information on it though. Maybe there are 3 screens that you have not seen before
