The images load forever... Except one.

Is it only effect or new textures from scratch. It looks like only a bloom effect, but probably I'm mistaken.
Yes, I'm mistaken, it can be seen on second pictures.

Not bad but if you didnt told me I wouldnt have noticed.
Some ppl might be interested in this but this isnt my case, I'm fine with the game the way it is.

It's not a bloom effect, it's just a filter that makes the textures look sharper.

What's the impact on the FPS rate?
