When i open my mod(or just a TDD)my menu music doesn't play in the right place, if music needed to start at 0:00, my music starting in something like 0:10, how fix this?
You mean it fades slowly in or just suddenly plays after that time?

Could be a streaming issue. I think you can go into the main_settings.cfg in Documents\Amnesia\Main and change the StreamBuffers and BufferSize but I forget which numbers. Jens mentioned it for people who had issues with the game stuttering while loading sounds. Maybe this is related.
