ok, uploading, rar. version Wink

It's a zip Tongue

"rar" isn't a term for "compressed package". It's a format by itself... rar, zip, 7z, tar, etc.

Oh sorry, I alredy knew it was just a format, but I haven't seen it's a zip. Tongue
Good but too much fog! Tongue
hmm... waoohh. did'nt knew that you could record your own commentry for it.. gr8...!
Played it but didn't record.
It had a good level design but like others said it needs more lights.

The hallucination grunt could also use a little work. I still crapped my pants when he appeared behind me but he was facing away from me so he never really saw me and just stood there while i "went on me good old way".
As for the brute he just scared the living lights out of me.
Dark+brute howl+shaky vision+smoke=scared-needs new pants-Daniel.
The only problem there was that when he went to the door he just disappeared.

The rest you probably already know, tweak the smoke, some small details, more lights etc.

Good map anyway. Personally in my map creator experience, i find lights to be the most hard to create and essential part of the experience.
A unnaturally dark area can break immersion, same with a too bright area. Shadows are a major plus when you want to create atmosphere. Making it so lights come out looking good, before and after the player lights lamps is what makes a room scary. Its also very hard to do because it requires a lot of testing and optimization to ensure a lagfree smooth experience.

Thanks for writing this, I'm having this in mind for my Custom Story Smile
I'm using a better lightning in my custom story, this was my very first map, so it was more like testing how the editor works Tongue
